Shipping Within the United States
We offer ground shipping on domestic orders. If you’d would like to expedite your order. FYI: we’re unable to ship to U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes at this time.
Once your order ships, look out for a confirmation email with tracking information. All online orders do not require a signature. If you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us to initiate a lost package investigation. Once the investigation is completed, please contact our customer service team with the resulting report.
We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. To make up for it, we offer free returns on all U.S. orders. In order to receive a full refund, the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery with your return form and in the exact condition in which it was received. Please allow up to seven business days from the time we receive your return for your refund to be processed to the original form of payment. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different color, item or size, we recommend returning the item for a refund, and re-ordering your preferred style online immediately to avoid the item becoming sold out.
